Kate’s Full Coaching Program Package takes you from the manager you are to the manager you want to be. It is customized to your specific topic and objectives and is tailored to your particular circumstances, which makes your program both challenging and doable. Through guided conversations with Kate and practices that you do on your own time, you will build and embody the capabilities you need to be a better manager.

Perhaps you prefer to take a more self-directed approach. If that is the case, Kate’s Mini Pack may be for you. This package includes two conversations with Kate and a customized package of practices to get you started on your journey to being a better manager.

Should you choose, this package can be upgraded to a Full Coaching Program Package.
